.tlf or .alf to .lib

Ambit will use alf file as original format
but you can convert lib to alf, with
libcompile toto.lib toto.alf

I think you have inverse the format in your question.

.tlf or .alf to .lib

I once spent a long time looking for a way to automatically convert .tlf to .lib and never found it. Neither Cadence nor Synopsys had a way. Only the reverse (lib to tlf). I don't think it exists -- can't your vendor / fab provide lib instead of tlf?
