How to convert tech files to a milkyway database?

hello,

can anyone tell a general flow.....for conveting all tech files(.lib, .lef,.....which we get from a foundry) to a milkyway database....for synopsys tools

Refere to Astro User Manual
1. Create Library
2. LEF in
3. Extract Blockage (Create .FRAM view)
4. Import .lib file (Create.TM view)
5. Antenna LEF in
6. Stream in (Create .CEL view)
