i'm using ExpressPCB software now i want to convert .PCB file to PDF file is there any to convert it

Easiest way is to get a program that 'prints' any file to a PDF. Typically, these install as a printer driver and create a virtual device that saves the file as a PDF. There are many free ones available - the one I use is at: https://www.primopdf.com/
