How to convert/import P-CAD files to PADS?

Can i convert or import P-CAD files to PADS.
i did not have any idea about P-CAD has anyone ever tried importing P-CAD layout files to PADS, and is it successful.

Try save PCAD files in ASCII format .... generally PCB files works, but Schematic doesn't.

there is problem

in pcad there is option to save the file in ascii but pads is not exporting the file
is there any other option to transfer pcad to pads

If you are a registerd PADS user, you can free dowload
PCAD to PADS translator from www.mentor.com
