How to convert 110VDC to 24VDC?

Hi, I need an advice.

I have to convert 110VDC to 24VDC ,350mA . How can it be done ? maybe with DC/DC step down converters ? but as small as it can be.
is there any ICs for this purpose?

Try using one of the following

1) Boost Con
2) Cuk con
3) Full/half bridge
4) Push pull con
