how to connect SIMcard to the network cable

I want to connect to internet with Sim Card that some PC use this internet,I want to use network cable and connect it to Sim Card
would you please help me , How can I do this work?

How can I connect them?

Is it necessary to use Wifi for sharing an internet in this method or we can use cable network too ?

I want to use AVR microcontroller
when I want to use microcontroller how should I connect it to Sim Card?
