ka34063a

Hi all,

I want to use this IC for convert 5v to 15v DC for 10mA current. I really have no idea about how to connect this circuit. Actually, I have the datasheet but I need some guides. Please help me. I also attached the shecmatics. Thanks

55117 toroidal core

very easy to do this:

as Cyber1's circuit, elect a common inductor 220UH for L, and a ceramical cap 470p or 1000pF wiring to 3pin with GND, adjusting the R---75K as 15v output

I want to know what kind of inductor. I don't have idea.

ka34063a circuit

Could this circuit be altered to give higher output current & probably with adjustable output voltage as well?

You will need a toroidal core No. 55117 from Magnetics (www.mag-in.com) or equivalent one.

Prefer to ON semiconductor's MC34063 datasheet and application for this idea.
