How to connect a condenser mic to pick up voice?

Thanks very much.

OK now I get something to work with. But Can anyone please explain the circuit. For example the purpose of R1, R2, R3. I think C3 is for coupling purpose. But what about C2?

C2 limits the bandwidth and most likely prevents against oscillation in the circuit.
R1- dc to mic,
R2/R3 dc bias to buffer/emitter follower based on T1,
C3, C4, C5 and C7 - coupling caps,
2-stage amplifier (gain ~2) based on T2,
R5/C1 - LPF.
