how to configure cadence 5141 on RHEL 3 AS

I just installed ic 5141 on RHEL 3 AS, but do not know how to configure to get it run (I need icfb& only), could any one provide detail and specific instructions, I installed cadence in: /usr/cadence. Thanks.
 

hello,to let the icfb& work well, you need firstly to set the license for the cadence(if you have the license file).Secondly you need set the path for the software.
