how to compute inductance given the following parameters?

Hi...I am using HSPICE to design an LC tank rf oscillator using MOSIS IBM8rf models. But I can't find a formula for computing the inductance of the inductor (model file ind.inc). The parameters given are:

1. Outer dimension (x) (may vary from 100um to 400um).

2. Supported spiral widths (w) (may vary from 5um to 25um).

3. Turn to turn space (s) (is fixed at 5um).

4. Number of turns (n) (may vary from 1 to 20 in 1/4 turn increments).

Can anybody help me please?
