how to compiler to hex and using what program?
I use asem.exe but can not
macro

You didn't tell which processor your question is related to. If I guess right, you mean 8051. For ASEM-51, you should refer to the user's manual. As far as I see, it uses a standard syntax similar e.g. to Keil A51. Perhaps there are problems with your overall project definition? Did you start with a known working example?
 

i'm use uController 8051/8951,,,
i'm use keil 51 but do not understand how to use them because of the presence of macro instructions..
 

I don't understand what you want to achieve. Keil A51 will understand the macro syntax. Check the manuals.
