How to clear or remove bios password

Can you please anyone tell me to clear bios password in Toshiba satellite L310

Do you mean, remove PASSWORD asking for, once you are already authenticated ?
Post the BIOS manufacturer brand.

i forgot the bios password.after power on the laptop its asking for password.
Kindly please anyone help me.i searched in google last one week i can't find any answer.

I may be wrong, but pehaps will be required reinstall BIOS firmware.
