How to clean the DVD laser lens?

DVD LASER LENS ASSEMBLY

is there any method to clean the dvd lens since it is not responding
and lots of dirt in it

You either use a special CD media with tiny brushes on it or dismandle the unit and clean the lens with a cotton cloth damped with alcohol, not thinner or other solvent since the lens in many cases is plastic. You can also use window cleaner (liquid).

i have tried all but i now that lens when strikes to cd /dvd surface then comes backc and strikes to a senser
which reads the data basically it depends on the light deviated please help

It is possible that the lazer is poor, this is not uncommon. If cleaning it with alcohole and cotton budds fails to help you will have to replace the lazor assembly.
