how to choose transistor for power amplifier?

hi...

please suggest the available transistor for PA design at 2.4GHZ
characteristic: low power..high gain

application:radio over fiber
 

what is max power the 1 db , the IP3 ?
 

You should use transistor BFP-420F from Infineon.com . The Noise figure and Gain are 1.42 and 12.99dB at 2.4GHz.
