Hi guys,

I've been looking to buy a 10pF capacitor in the 0603 packaging. knowing i'm working at the 9.35GHz frequency i've been trying to find ones whose SRF and LRF are above 10GHz but with no success, i've found ones that had the value of 1pF but not 10pF.

Do u think if for example i take a 10pF capacitor with a SRF of 4GHz it'll be a problem for my application?
And do you have any suggetion for capacitors that might be suitable for my application?

Thank you in advance.

Suspect 10 GHz SRF with 10 pF is simply impossible in 0603 package. Because minimal series inductance is set by geometry.
