how to check sleep mode function in tiny controller

hi

i am using ATtiny13V. i am using the watch dog timer intrept to wake the controller from the sleep mode. i want to check wheather the controller is
entering in to the sleep mode or not..

the controller is having internal oscillator there is no external crystal .

kindly help me in this issue.
