how to check more than 5v d.c in pic 18f micro controller's

i want check 5V- 12v d.c in pic 18f micro controller. is it possible? if it possible tell me the way.

Yes, use a voltage divider at the analogue input. What the ADC reads is 1/3 of the actual value so you will be able to read any thing from 0 - 15 V DC.
