How to change W/L of the mos in cadence 16.2?

Hello

I am using cadence 16.2 version. I was trying to make a basic inverter using two moses. I am not able to change the w/l of the mos. How can do that..?
Please help.
 

As I understand you use Cadence OrCad, this CAD for PCB design, not for IC
