howto change filetime on linux

How to change file time attribute on solaris? What software can I use.Thanks.

Yeah, It works, it is a Solaris built in system command.

touch [OPTION] MMDDhhmm [YY] FILE

unfortunately the touch command doesnot natively support recursive change. but you can make it by writing a simple shell program.
