How to change display color for DIRECTORY in xterm windows

xterm directory color

I'm using linux and the foreground color is yellow and background color is darkslategray.

When I'm viewing files and directories, files names are displayed as "yellow", however, directories are displayed as darkblue, which is not easy to read.

How can I control the directories display color?
