How to change a Synopsys library from .db to .lib ?

Is there any way that I can change synopsys library in .db format
to .lib format?

i dont think there is such a tool from synopsys to convert the binary (.db) format back to the text format (.lib)

hi,

there is no easy way to convert db to lib directly,
one way to do that is under design or library compiler,
link the db and switch current design from cell to cell
to write out timing model as .lib.
Scripting will speed up this trail.
