How to change 5DCV into +/- 5DCV

I would like to ask you, how is it possible to change a input voltage 5 DCV into an output voltage +/- 5 DCV?

Hi,

It all depends on the current you require at -5v

For a few ma to drive an op amp or similar the 7660 chip is ideal
