calculate y parameters

Hi guys,

I have a FET model here. Can you show me the steps for calculating this Y-parameter network. I tried but due to the current source I'm stuck.

thanks a lot

i think u can neglect the existence of the current source because when calculating the y parameters , we make short circuit on either port 1 and in this case--> Vi=0 i.e current source is o.c .... or we make short circuit on port 2 .... i.e we make s.c on the current source , therefore it wont affect any of the analysis made
