How to calculate the value of the Capacitors in floating Gate transistors.

Here is the attached image of possible implementation of the floating gate trasistor schematics..I hope this will work.

But how to calculate the values of Capacitors Cg and Ctun before hand so that the scematics will work.

If you know the 3D-geometry of the floating gate and ε_r of its environment, you should be able to calculate a first approximation value.
