How to calculate the total power consumption?

I've a scan inserted netlist with me. Now I want to calculate the total power consumption by the design. Is there any way to calculate the same?

use ISE 12.1 ,it has an option for calculating the total power for the design
 

Prepare vcd-files and use cadence Voltage Storm
