How to calculate the offset lines parameters of Doherty power amplifier?

In doherty power amplifier topology, there are two offset lines after main and carrier branches. Those lines are build using two transmission lines. My question is, are there any mathematical equations to calculate the characteristics impedance (Z), and electrical length (E) of the transmission lines?
