I would like to know how to calculate the offset in a comparator any links and mareria regarding will be very useful.

Refer to the CMOS book by Jacob Baker. The comparator chapter in there nicely explains everything, including measurement techniques

The main offset error come from input trnasistor's threshold mismatch. you can calculate ΔVt of input transistors
