how to calculate the frequency!

1)guys how is the stability of this oscillator!
2)when i calculated the frequency i got 192Mhz...
but in the schematic its given 1Ghz..
i added the capacitance of D1(20pf),c2,c1,c3,c4 and calculated with L1!i got 192 Mhz....
am i wrong or the circuit designer is wrong please help me !

u said the designer is wrong and also used the correct formula.
how is it!
 

You cannot calculate the frequency without including stray capacitance of the wiring which probably exceeds the capacitor values shown.
 

You're making a mistake somewhere.

Open loop & harmonic balance simulation confirms about 1GHz @ 2dBm level with values shown.
 

can u tell me what is the value of C.the value of l1=18nH...but how do u calculate the value of C!
