How to calculate Tad in dsPIC30f?

If frequency of cry osc connected is 4MHz what will be its tcy and tad in dsPIC30F series.
What is the differecne with using 2MHz cry oscillator?

Fcy = FOSC/2
Tcy = 1/Fcy
So, Tcy = 2/FOSC

For 2MHz, FOSC and Fcy are half that for 4MHz. So Tcy is twice that for 4MHz.
