NF in hspice

I have a question.

I built an LNA circuit that gives me a 20db gain when I simulate it using Hspice.
Now I want to calculate NF of my circuit. Any recommendations on how to do that?
I need a graph of NF vs Frequency.

In addition, when I simulate S paramters, do I always have to terminate my output with 50ohm? Becoz that affects my gain and makes it to drop below 0db.
