How to calculate inter-cell interference and intra-cell interference for HDSPA?

hi,
I want to calculate SIR for HSDPA
if mobile in cell 2
how to calculate inter cell interefernce and intra cell interferene
as I know is SIR= Pt-Shadowing-pathloss-fading -total intereference

served cell is in grey and other 16 cell as interference which is equal to 44 dbm
and 20% of full power for pilot equal to 37dBm

and 80% for HSDPA channel
