How to calculate effective refractive index of a dielectric structure in CST MWS

Hi,

I have designed a periodic dielectric structure structure to resonate at certain fequency.
Now I want to calculate the effective refractive index (ERI) for the structure. All of my design is based on CST MWS. How can I find the ERI using CST MWS?
