How to calculate Die size for core limited and Pad limited design?

please any one help me to solve this type of problems

For core limited design,
At netlist level, keep 70% utilization and count the core area by extrapolation.
Once you get core area, Add IO Height + Distance between IO Boundary and Core area to get Die Boundary and Die area.

For Pad limited designs, get the number of pads in all sides. Height = Total height of pad cells in left or right sides (Maximum among two)
Width = Width of the pad cells in top or bottom (Maximum among two)
