hi all;

i have this data for model 0.18µm


.MODEL MODN018 NMOS LEVEL=7
+TNOM=27 TOX=4.1E-9
+U0=280.5758609 UA=-1.208176E-9 UB=2.159494E-18

and i need to calculate the mobility of nmos transistor

thanks for help me :)
