From your information, I guess the MOSFET is in the deep triode region(vds«2(vgs-vth)), so you can use the expressions about the RDSON.
Ron=1/{µCoxW/L(Vgs-Vth)}
Meanwhile you can simulate the rdson of the mosfet by the simulator.

Mos Rds on is "not linear" , you should define Load
& output current Vol .

Rds_on means the D-S resistance when mosfet turn on,I think the mosfet should be saturation status.
