please give me some advice about how to build the behavioral model of pipelined adc?

and how to take offset (comparaors') \ noise \ mismatch \ gain error etc. into acount in the model?

and how to measure the SNR \ SFDR \ INl \ DNL etc. in the model?

who have the detailed papers or data? or some related information ?

there are some models about it in this board.
you can search it.
 

The best way to make the behavioral model would be to express the entire circuit in form of differential equations and use tools like matlab to solve the differential equations.

Also, you may use state space model and simulate the ADC in matlab...
