Hi!
How do I build a R/C receiver for 40MHz?
Any good links or other information?
I had a Hitec 5-channel receiver that gave up...
Does anyone perhaps have the schematic for it? (HY-5RN)

Thanks!

Hi,

You mean Remote Controlled Receiver on R/C, don't you. If so, there several pages on the web if you use google.com to look for them. Search with the words " remote control receiver circuit schematic " and you will receive many pages like the one here:
h**p://www.rentron.com/remote_control/remote1.htm (replace * with t).
or a kit at h**p://www.glolab.com/freeinfo/k4a.pdf
Many R/C receivers are superregenerative types, you may search that word also with google to find circuit schematics on it.
For instance there is one for 27MHz band at h**p://jap.hu/electronic/sregrcvr.html and to make it receive on 40MHz you can change L1 and C1 in that circuit. Good luck!
