our memory unit is 128bits,that is in eash address, the data is 128bits wide.
My question is should the pattern be the 128bits wide?

Is there any method to use the 8bits patter such as 00000000,11110000,11001100,10101010?
Or shoud I have to make 8 kinds of 128bits wide patterns like 1111111111111111....1111111111111111?

Thank you very much! :)
