i saw some IC that is 2 port and function as a zenor diode
but instead it is a bandgap. how a bandgap make like that
only 2 terminal, then they can self regulate, i saw ti and on have this kind of IC, but they are in BJT, can they implement in BICMOS?

If you look at bandgap, the most important nodes are the input and output. I am not really sure about the packing but, finally, what we want to measure is the bandgap voltage. So, two terminal should work fine

There are plenty of books/papers available on this topic. The best way to learn it is to the classics books, understand the concept and do some design simulation. If you have specific difficulty or qeustions, then come to ask here.

I just feel sometimes people are tyring to find a short cut here without actually understanding the basic concept first.
