How to bring results of one solver into another solver type?

Hello,i construct unit cell model and i calculate dispersion diagram now i want to give temperature to my unit cell and then again want to calculate dispersion diagram to know what is the difference before temperature and after temperature to my unit cell,but the probelem is that when i am doing so i have to change solver from eigen mode to thermal solver,plesae guide can i do it?

Thanks, could you help me how can i do that because after giving temperature to my unit cell in thermal solver when i change thermal solver to eigen mode so my all results are deleted, I want to bring these results in my eigenmode solver.
