I would like to design an LNA and it looks like i am stuck with a pHEMT model transistor in ads. I wanted to use an e-pHEMT but i have not found any models so I think it may be easier to move forward with what already comes built into ads, a pHEMT. I realize that the device needs to be biased with a negative voltage. Usually a cascode transistor is tied to Vdd. With pHEMT, this wouldn't work as the bias needs to be negative. How would I bias the pHEMT cascode transistor?
I have not been able to find any information regarding this oneline.
