How to avoid flickering in dot matrix display?

Sir,

I am doing dot matrix display[16x96] project in pic18f252[20Mhz].It's 16 rows are controlled by 74hc138 and columns are driven by tlc5926. Here rows are switched after loading 96 column bits.


In my project display get flickers while scrolling.
but for static messages flickering does not occurs.Can any one tell me why it is so? And I am confused with row switching time .Here frame rate is 62 Hz .

Post you code here and let us have a look. May be when you are scrolling, the frame rate is not 62Hz.
