hi

as i can see, the allegro doesnt support ibis files, only dml files. is that correct?

how can i assign (convert...) a single ibis file of a processor, to the processor (the corrrect io model to all pins, respectively) in the allegro? step-by-step...

Hi

You can convert the ibis from analyze>SI/EMI Sim>Library..> from here select the translate tab to convert ibis

allegro and ibis

ok thanx.
i found it, but it doesnt convert some ibis files, and it converts some others. for example ia have a processor ibis file from AMD. i used it in hyperlynx successfully, but allegro drops errors, like illegal characters in the file...
