how to analyze the ac and dc characteristics of opamp(cascode or two-stage) and bandgap(PTAT)? which aspects do the ac and dc characteristics contain?
how to analyze them in general?

ac and dc analysis

That's an unbelievably general question. You have already been asking about much more advance topics, what do you mean with this one?

From DC analysis you get the OP of the complete OpAmp, check that your transistors are in the right region of operation.

Now on top of that OP, you do an AC (small signal analysis), well, check how ac signals are transferred through your system, calculate gains, BW, PM.

ac and dc analysis

look at any circuits books and it will show you how to complete the small signal analysis.
