How to allocate the starting memory of the bootloader in PIC24F?

Hi,
I have doubt in the bootloader in PIC24F.
I am using C30 compiler, i want to allocate the starting memory of the bootloader, how is it possible?

if you download the Microchip MCHPFSUSB framework software

there are examples of bootloaders in directories C:\Microchip Solutions v2010-10-19\USB Device - Bootloaders and C:\Microchip Solutions v2010-10-19\USB Host - Bootloaders

Hi,
I gone through that datasheet, Where PIC24F quick programmer will be available?

And i don't want the USB infterface application, i need serial port bootloader
