How to adjust MP3 music volume level?
Some songs are to loud comparing with others, some's level is below average.

Also can you suggest sites where MP3 music can be downloaded from?

Use ffdshow as a audio filter and in config chose audio normalise, U can allso use mplayerc (Media Player Classic) it has an option to normalize audio output.

CD player in my car plays only WAVs. I know I can buy/try MP3 to WAV converter but is there any other way to convert MP3 to WAV using Win Media Player or something?

Assuming that you have NERO in your computer, from AUDIO option select MAKE AUDIO CD, then ADD selected MP3 files and burn CD ..
This process should convert MP3 files to WAV, and this CD will be suitable for all CD players ..
Also, you can normalize levels of all recorded files by selecting NORMALIZE option ..
