How to add one layer with number 14 and TEXTTYPE=10?

I'm using virtuoso and need to add one layer to metal1 for port label, but when I add one layer, I cannot find how to set its TEXTTYPE number, how should I do? Thanks for your help!

when u add the layer ,there is the env ,u can set it.
you can set dg or ll or by etc.

other way:
when you export layout to GDS, you can set the TEXTTYPE number you want.

But I need to add such one layer and use it to add pin so that I can run LVS, If I haven't such one layer in my layout, if I wanna set the TEXTTYPE number when export layout to GDS, which layer should I set?
