How to add FreeRTOS to KEIL

Can anyone explain me how to add FreeRTOS to KEIL.
I have the source code of FreeRTOS. I compiled it successfully in KEIL but I am not able to code using FreeRTOS.

FreeRTOS itself has a working demo code in KEIL. You can change its application to add yours!
