How to add component not found in Proteus 7 library

Is there a chance to add on a part not found in proteus 7.2 library that can be used in VSm simulation?

Example parts:

PIC18F6722 and serial flash AT26F004
 

You would have to send Labcenter, the makers of Proteus, your customer number, sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement, and get the developer's kit. Then you would have to model the parts. Not a small undertaking.
