How to add a picture control in MS excel VBA

picture control excel

I looked into the additional controls it seems i can't find the picture control.. Anyhelp is highly appreciated.
 

vba picture control

you can add the visual basic tool bar and then you will have an icon of picture control

you can see in the screen capture
